I am absolutely thrilled to offer you this sincere labor of love. You might be wondering, 'why is Cindy, a massage therapist, starting a podcast?' Well I'll tell you. For years now, I have wondered about what else could I do to help my clients and community. I knew I wanted to do more-- I just didn't know the best way to go about it. 


Although I am a firm believer in the benefits of massage therapy and regular bodywork, that is only one slice of the holistic wellness pie.
